Once you place an order with us, our team gets to work to neatly package the products. They check the quality of the product to ensure that there is no damage. They stamp your address on the package and hand it over to the courier service. Your order is processed immediately. Our trusted delivery partner will securely ship the order to the desired location. There could be times when our courier partner does not serve in a particular location. If your house falls in an area that is not served by our courier partners, then we will get in touch with you and determine an alternative solution.
Timeline and shipping charges
We strive to deliver the product to our clients in the least possible time. Most of our products are ready to ship and are dispatched within 2-3 working days. At most, the products will be delivered within 8-10 working days.
International orders are also accepted directly via the website. We will dispatch the international orders within 2-4 working days and deliver them within 10-15 working days.
Orders are accepted 24*7. Shipments are processed throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
Free shipping above Rs 2500 within India. Otherwise, the shipping charge is Rs 80 within India and Rs 1200 in case of international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case the shipment order is processed in the system.
All deliveries will take place in the specified time frame unless specified otherwise in the product description or as may be in case of customization.
However, certain factors are not within our control. COVID situation could lead to a delay in delivery. Discrepancies at this level are not under our control and thus we request our customers to wait for a little bit longer in such cases. Rest assured that you will get the product that you have ordered through us.
Cancellations and Return
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order by mailing us at email@example.com or by calling us at +91 9310293933. Order will not be canceled once they are dispatched. Item purchased on sale will not be canceled or refunded.
Exchange is allowed only if the product reaches you in a damaged condition which is a remote possibility. In case the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package, return it to the delivery person and contact us with details for further action.
You can track your order placed with us. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking ID of the courier partner. You will thus be able to see where your order has reached and how long will it take to get delivered to you. Once the shipment reaches your city and is ready for delivery, our delivery partner generally calls you up to check if you are at home and they can come and hand over the shipment to you. You are free to ask them to come at a time suitable to you and then receive the shipment from them. You would have to electronically sign once you receive the parcel which lets us track that the product has reached the right person in the best condition.
